2022 WeMoney Business Awards
Jan 06 2023
Last year was a BIG year for Bizcap. There is nothing better than closing out a big year with some meaningful recognition, that’s why we’re excited to have taken home some hardware at the end of last year, i.e. recognition across several small business loan categories in the 2022 WeMoney Business Awards.
What is WeMoney?
WeMoney is an Australian-designed and operated smart money management app targeting Gen Z and Millennials, that helps improve Australians’ relationship with money and enhances their financial literacy. It represents one of the nation’s fastest growing financial communities (more information about WeMoney can be found here).
The WeMoney Business Awards recognise and celebrate the best products and innovators in Australia.
Each year the competition is stiff, with so many deserving companies (NAB, Henry, Lend etc.) applying for nominations. After a thorough review of all the applications and thoughtful evaluation of the product and/or service offering of each of the applicants, the judges awarded Bizcap with the following honours:
- Winner – Best for Small Business Loans
- Winner – Outstanding Customer Service – Business Loans
- Finalist – Best Innovation in Business Lending
The awards considered 7 distinct categories and applicants were judged on their excellence in key areas such as affordability & fees, value, transparency, flexibility, features, and customer experience.

Are you after a business loan?
Although we’re honoured with the recognition above, our status quo remains the same, i.e., continuing to help SMEs navigate this uncertain market, by providing hassle-free business loans to help grow their businesses.
We understand that small business loan applications can be a very time-consuming process, and we believe that Australian and New Zealand small businesses should have fast access to the capital they need to grow – even if they don’t have the ‘perfect credit score’. Our systematic approach to assessing each application means we really get to understand our customers at a granular level – as a result, we assess more than just their credit and provide business loans from $5,000 to $2,000,000 (over three to twelve-month terms).
Always here when you need us
Since the company’s inception back in 2019, we’ve helped over 10,000 Australian and New Zealand SMEs. We pride ourselves on saying “yes” to more customers, more often – and in most cases, cash flow capital, or a bridging loan, can make a world of difference to SMEs.
